Withdraw Funds from Your Account

To initiate a withdrawal request please go to our web site www.cxmarkets.com. Select PRODUCTS AND MARKETS from the top navigation menu. Select FOREX from the drop down. This will take you to our FOREX products page where you can select the FUNDING button in the lower right hand corner.

This will take you to the account sign up page as you need to be logged in to make a deposit/withdrawal requests.

Enter your email address and your password to log in.

 

Withdrawing funds

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Please note that due to the nature of the ACH Banking process it may take 2-3 business days for the funds to show in your bank account. 
  2. Please note that CX Futures Exchange is required to send funds back to the original bank account they came from, if you have indicate a different account in your withdrawal request that may slow down the processing of your request.

Step 1. Click or tap Add funds and then click or tap Withdraw Funds at the top of the page.

The Withdraw Funds form appears.

 

Step 2. Fill in the form, providing your banking information and the withdrawal amount.

 

Step 3. When you are done, click or tap Approve Transfer.

 

A confirmation message verifies your withdrawal.
